Below are some important further instructions for preparing the final version of your paper and the copyright form, and about registration to the conference. Please read them carefully.
1. FINAL PAPER: Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading two files:
(a) either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format, and
(b) PDF version of your camera-ready paper.
Full papers are allowed 14 pages in the proceedings, including references, acknowledgements and appendices. The page limit of 14 pages is strict. Please follow strictly the author instructions of Springer (found here) when preparing the final version:
Our publisher has introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.
2. COPYRIGHT: Please upload a signed and completed copyright form to us as soon as possible. The Springer copyright forms can be found here
In the form, write:

Do not forget to fill the other fields (they are self-explanatory).
In the last page of the form, please date and sign it. Be careful not to tick any of the two boxes, unless you are employed by the EU (as an institution), or if you are an US Government employee. Some authors seem to think that if they work in a country in the European Union, they have to tick the first box, which isn’t true.
It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format.
Each accepted paper should have registration fee paid by at least one of the authors by August 20, 2018 in order to include the paper in the LNAI. The fee details are given in the table below.
In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration fee, the presenting author of the paper must be a full-time student in an accredited institute. The student must bring an original copy of the letter, issued on the college/institute/university letter head, signed by the Head of the Department/Institute stating that he/she is a fulltime student.
Important Note: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings. Additional (co)authors of that paper may also register if they wish to.
Attendee Registration
The early-bird registration fee (paid on or before August 20, 2018), the regular registration fee (paid on or before November 17, 2018), and the on-site registration fee are given in the table below.
In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration fee, the presenting author of the paper must be a full-time student in an accredited institute. Please note that the deadline for author registration and early-bird registration is August 20, 2018. Registration is a precondition for inclusion of the paper in the proceedings.
